How much does the design and personalization cost?
Nothing at all, our mirrors already include those costs.
How long does the design take and what is the process?
We contact you thru email or by phone about 24 hours after your purchase to gather your design preferences and ideas for the mirror. In the next 24-48 hours, our design team creates a series of proofs and emails them to you. You let us know which you like best and what you'd like to see changed. We will make revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the design or we will cancel and refund the order. The faster the customer provides feedback or finalizes the design, the faster the overall completion. You can streamline the process by sending notes with your order or an email at the time of the order, detailing your how you would like the mirror to look. How long does the production take?
Once the design is finalized, we usually have the mirror completed in less than 3 business days.
How is it made?
We use a deep etched vinyl to create our designs that should last a lifetime in your home. We use the same high quality material that is used in fancy Chicago Boardrooms.
Are there any special cleaning instructions?
We recommend using a duster of some sort, or your favorite glass cleaner, but spray it on a rag and spot clean the mirror as necessary.
How do I hang a mirror?
First of all, never, ever, hang one of our mirrors with wire. Our mirrors are marked with warnings stating this. Mirrors are heavier than pictures and the hangers on our mirrors are strong, but strong in 1 direction. A wire will pull our hangers at an angle and dislodge them from the frame and cause irreparable damage. The good news is, our mirrors are easy to hang the traditional way, watch the video below.
When will my order ship?
We ship completed mirrors on Thursdays and/or Fridays.
How much does shipping cost?
- UPS Ground Shipping for EXTRA LARGE Mirrors: $29.00 (2-5 business days, Insured and tracking number provided).
- UPS Ground Shipping for MidSized Mirrors: $19.00 (2-5 business days, Insured and tracking number provided).
- Free Local Pickup in Lockport, IL, (Rt.30 & I-55). Located near Louis Joliet Mall
What if the mirror arrives broken?
While we have very few breaks due to the high quality of our packing, we can’t assume that will always be the case. We ship our mirrors with Full Insurance. If you open the box to find a broken mirror or know the mirror is broken before opening the box, please don’t open the box, we don’t want you to get hurt. Then call us immediately at 708-325-8611. We will contact UPS on your behalf. Please take pictures for documentation. We will begin recreating your mirror right away.

What currency to you charge in?
We only collect in USD (United States Dollars) and any conversion rates are not in our control.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Satisfaction Guaranteed! Returns are offered within 7 days after product delivery on items that are undamaged and in new condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to send the package back to us with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure that we received the box. We will process your refund when we receive the returned items.
